About Us
Quadro Resources Ltd. is listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange (TSXV) under the symbol QRO, on the OTC Pink (OTC Pink) under the symbol QDROF, and on the Frankfurt Exchange (FRA) under the symbol G4O2. Quadro is exploring and developing its highly prospective Staghorn (optioned by TRU Precious Metals Corp. in June 2022) and Long Lake gold projects and its optioned Yellow Fox/Careless Cove and Tulks South Properties in Newfoundland. In Newfoundland, the Long Lake and Tulks South properties are on strike from each other and are traversed by the auriferous gold-rich Cape Ray Fault and associated Rogerson Lake Conglomerate unit, described as one of the most prospective but underexplored regions in Canada, with excellent geology, multiple new gold zones and large land holdings. In this very active area, other explorers such as Marathon Gold Corp., Matador Canada Ltd., Sokoman Minerals Corp. and Altius Minerals Corp. have completed extensive exploration efforts with tremendous early success. The Yellow Fox/Careless Cove properties are adjacent to New Found Gold Corp.’s highly promising Queensway project in northeastern Newfoundland. Mineralization hosted on these established operations is not necessarily indicative or representative of the mineralization that may be hosted on the Company’s properties.
Strategy
Quadro has an excellent share structure with a proven Management and an experienced Board of Directors. It has a small market capitalization compared to peers with similar size land holdings. Quadro intends to maximize shareholder and stakeholder value with the financing, exploration, and development of its Long Lake property along the Cape Ray fault in Newfoundland where significant discoveries are being made, as well as its Yellow Fox/Careless Cove properties. Newfoundland is noted as being one of the safest mining friendly jurisdictions in the world. The Staghorn project has completed a 43-101 report (2017).
